Before the introduction of the Private Security Industry Act 2001, pubs and clubs in the United Kingdom were not correctly regulated. Many door supervisors are not fully aware of the law, the licensing objectives, Health and Safety regulations, acceptable ID, and many other essential details which make a door supervisor a security professional. Assure RMSS implement an internal training mechanism that ensures new recruits receive adequate training and therefore gain the personal attributes that are essential to ensuring door safety before they are deployed to your chosen venue. Where possible Assure RMSS door supervisors will not be deployed to your premises unless they have been familiarised with, and been fully briefed on their duties within that particular environment.
